Internal Team Training

This Academy is for training people to implement and use INGA Applications.

Any good project for a medium and large organisation will require people in following types of roles:

The training courses are for:

Project
Managers

Their main function is to manage the project and deliveries of solutions - with or without customisation - and build relationships with the end-users and IT teams.

Business Analysts

They identify and document Requirements, As-Is Business-Processes, User-Roles, etc.

Solution Architects

This role, designs Solutions to solve our customer's information and operational needs and provides detailed level descriptions of the To-Be systems.

Functional Consultants

This role is to configure or customise INGA applications to implement the solutions designed by the Solution Architects.

Engineers

We require 3 types of Engineers, namely, Software, Database and Technical. The technical engineers will be trained to setup INGA Applications in cloud, web-app environment, devices we sell as well as from 3rd party and data comms. Software engineers will be shown the implementation of Object-Oriented Technology in our applications, APIs, version controls, documentation of work they did, implementing User Stories and other relevant matters. Database Engineers will be trained on the technologies we use, Data Schema, Data Dictionary, SPs, Triggers, Data migrations, Data Replications, Automated Data Backups and other relevant topics to work on our solutions.

Trainers

This role will be trained on different modules of INGA Applications and how to teach them to the end-users and how to help the end-users make use of the modules efficiently and effectively.

Post-Sales Support

There are two types of personnel needed for after sales support. One to support end-users and the other to sort out any technical issues that might be faced by the same.

End-users

The end-users will be trained on how to use different modules and features available in the apps.
